Four level condominium residence featuring two bedrooms with an enclosed sleeping loft, two baths, sleeps eight. Used as our family ski home, with limited rentals, home is very well maintained. This home has many recent upgrades, including most furniture and all carpeting, plus wireless internet access! Here's a photo walk through from bottom floor to top:

Great home! Enjoy all the benefits of the
Village of Loon at our family ski home. This townhouse is completely equipped
for family living. From the living area we enjoy a relaxing view of the Loon Mountain ski area, while the White Mountain National Forest is
literally right out the front door (all year!). Other White Mountain area
attractions are numerous including golf. |

Great location in the Village directly across the Kancamagus Highway from Loon Mountain and abutting the White Mountain National Forest. The activities of Loon Mountain, including horseback riding, mountain biking, in-line skating, hiking and scenic gondola are located directly across the valley. Summer access to Loon is hassle-free with a short drive, walk or ride. During ski season, the Loon lifts are five minutes away, via frequent shuttle bus from the front door – no need to battle the limited mountain parking. |
The Village is the best! Membership in the Village Swim, Fitness and Tennis Club is yours to enjoy during your stay. Amenities include two outdoor and two indoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a game room, exercise room, nine tennis courts (hard surface and clay), and much more.
No smoking permitted. A security deposit is required prior to occupancy.
